Our Story
BSG Associates was founded by husband-and-wife team Jonathan and Bonnie Gaines, who grew up with a passion for building businesses.
When COVID hit, like many entrepreneurs, COVID destroyed our livelihood, as we lost all of our clients in the first 30 days. Suddenly, we were unemployed — until a friend called and introduced us to PPE — The first deal was for nearly a million dollars, and we were off.
Sometimes in life the biggest challenges end up being the best things… as it led to a revelation.

Jonathan Gaines
President & CEO
Jonathan is responsible for leading BSG Associates’ partnerships and developing strategies that accelerate revenue. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in worldwide sales, marketing, brand-building, new product launches and team building.
Jonathan holds a BS degree in Business Administration from NYU and an MBA degree in Marketing and International Business from Hofstra.

John Dicconson
Partner
25 years of experience building services related companies, including Internet, training and telecommunications businesses. Co-founder of TCN. Former CEO of Dociotech, Inc., a Wimax/LTE training company shaping the design and deployment of the latest generation of wireless networks. On the board of ExecWorld and the USTA. Lead three other organizations from funding through successful exits. BA Economics – University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
